Bir Music Festival is a nature loving and sustainable festival. We respect all people, nature and forms of art. Therefore, we have put forth some rules to join us. With these we do not intend to harm any emotions, however, we need to set a certain benchmark for the festival.
- The tickets to the festival are absolutely non refundable. The performers are subject to change, and no refunds will be offered if any performances are canceled or in the case of any extreme weather.
- Entry to the festival will be possible when the ticket and a valid ID proof will be presented at the box office.
- This ticket is valid only for a person and entitles the buyer entry into the festival area during the specified day or days of the festival. This does NOT include accommodation or food.
- We do not recommend driving after drinks. You can take a stay package with us or refrain from drinking. Any accidents in such a case will not be held responsible by the festival.
- We do not promote the use of plastic and so no sale of water bottles shall be at the festival. The drinking water is free and accessible to all and you can purchase glasses or bottles at reasonable rates from us at the festival.
- Please ensure you sort the garbage into separate bins to dispose
- Smoking while walking, smoking in non-smoking areas and in crowds is not permitted.
- We believe in peace and enjoyment. So Any dangerous behavior that may harm other people, such as moshing and diving and throwing things, is prohibited. The festival is not responsible for injuries and accidents due to such acts. Such incidents shall to be solved between the parties involved
- Any use of drugs or any intoxicating agents in the festival is strictly prohibited and shall be reported to the local police authorities. We do not support any such acts.
- The production, the site and the artists are not responsible for accidents and thefts in and out of the festival site.
- Please drink within limits. Any foul behavior in an unacceptable state will lead to cancellation of your entry to the festival.
- Persons found entering the festival without tickets will be charged a fine of 10X the tickets as this would also be a disrespect to those who are coming with tickets to enjoy a legit festival.
- Bir Music Festival, an event dedicated to nature appreciation and sustainability, places the utmost value on the respect for all individuals, the environment, and various forms of art. To maintain a harmonious and responsible festival experience, we have established following rules and guidelines. These rules are not meant to infringe upon any individual feelings, but to uphold a certain standard of conduct within the festival.
Ticket Policy
All tickets to the festival are non-refundable. In the event of performer changes or unforeseen cancellations due to extreme weather, no refunds will be issued.
Entry Requirements
Admission to the festival is contingent upon the presentation of a valid ticket and matching identification at the box office.
Ticket Validity
Each festival ticket grants entry to a single individual and allows access to the festival area on specified dates. Please note that the ticket does not encompass accommodation or meals.
Responsible Alcohol Consumption
We strongly discourage driving after consuming alcoholic beverages. Attendees may consider availing our on-site stay packages or, alternatively, refrain from consuming alcohol. The festival bears no responsibility for any accidents that may occur as a result of driving under the influence.
Plastic Reduction Efforts
As part of our commitment to environmental sustainability, we do not sell water bottles at the festival. Complimentary drinking water is readily available to all attendees, and reusable glasses or bottles can be purchased at reasonable prices.
Waste Disposal
Attendees are kindly urged to segregate their waste into designated bins for proper disposal, contributing to a cleaner festival environment.
Smoking Restrictions
Smoking is strictly prohibited while walking, in non-smoking areas, and amidst crowds to maintain a smoke-free environment.
Safety and Enjoyment
In the interest of preserving peace and ensuring enjoyment for all, dangerous behaviors such as moshing, diving, or throwing objects are prohibited. The festival holds no liability for injuries or accidents resulting from such actions, and any incidents should be resolved amicably among the involved parties.
Prohibition of Drugs and Intoxicants
The use of drugs or any form of intoxicating agents is strictly forbidden within the festival grounds. Violations of this policy will be reported to local law enforcement authorities.
Accountability for Incidents and Theft
The festival’s production team, venue, and participating artists assume no responsibility for accidents or thefts occurring both within and outside the festival site.
Responsible Alcohol Consumption
Attendees are encouraged to consume alcohol within reasonable limits. Any indecent behavior resulting from excessive alcohol consumption may lead to the cancellation of festival entry.
Unauthorized Entry
Individuals found attempting to enter the festival without valid tickets will incur a fine equivalent to ten times the ticket price. This not only serves as a deterrent but also upholds the respect due to those who have purchased tickets to take part in a legitimate festival experience.
